  • 45 days to return, from delivery.
  • The tally names a fill fraction. It is not a warranty and not a health claim.
  • Texts are voluntary. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website harvesthealthco.com and all products offered by HARVEST HEALTH, INC. (EIN 38-1393296), operating under the brand name HARVEST HEALTH INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

Supplement status and limits

Silo Line is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

Sending something back

The return window is 45 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at silo@harvesthealthco.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with HARVEST HEALTH, INC. or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HARVEST HEALTH, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Which law applies

Michigan law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Michigan are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

Bins and withdrawals

If a fill fraction moves, the tally is rewritten that morning. The price you were told when the order was confirmed is the price.
